Project consists of the construction of 16 new buildings with approximate useable area of 16.600 m². The buildings have been erected in the provinces of Samsun, Diyarbakır, Elazig, Agri, Antalya, Ardahan, Corum, Igdir, Mus, Siirt, Nigde, Hatay, Gebze, Kilis, Tokat ve Balıkesir (Bandırma).
