Located at Avanos area of Nevşehir province with a planned erected power of 21 MW, it is projected to produce 80 GWhs energy per year. Cemel I HEPP started to generation in June 2013. Cemel II HEPP started to generation October 2013 and Cemel II HEPP went into operation in July 2015.
